By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using MealMaster, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use MealMaster.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Provide accurate profile and nutrition input data.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Service Description

MealMaster helps users plan nutrition and meals by calculating calorie and macro targets and generating meal plans and shopping lists.

The service is currently provided free of charge and without in-app advertising.

4. Health Disclaimer

MealMaster is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for content you upload, including profile images and attachments in feedback forms.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to violate rights of others or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

MealMaster, its software, branding, design, and non-user content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including feature updates and maintenance windows.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion from within the app.

We may limit or terminate access if there is a material violation of these Terms or if required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealMaster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
